Investor Relations Operations Coordinator

Nordic Capital is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Investor Relations Operations Coordinator to strengthen its global IR team. The role is based at the firm’s headquarters in Stockholm.

This is a highly trusted and operationally critical role at the core of Nordic Capital’s international investor engagement. You will take ownership of the planning and execution behind investor meetings, due diligence processes and key IR events—working closely with senior stakeholders across offices to ensure seamless delivery. You will be part of a fast-paced, high-performance environment where precision, ownership and sound judgment are essential.

Role Overview

In this role, you will drive the day-to-day operational coordination of investor-related activities. You will manage complex scheduling across time zones, coordinate event logistics, and ensure that meetings and large-scale investor events are executed flawlessly, from early planning through live delivery and follow-up. You will work closely with the IR Operations function in Stockholm and collaborate extensively with the global IR team and senior stakeholders across offices globally. The role calls for sound judgment, independence and composure in an international, high-performance environment. Strong organizational skills, flexibility and a collaborative mindset are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive operational planning for DD meetings, co-invest processes and investor interactions
• Independently coordinate complex scheduling across multiple time zones
• Coordinate and execute key investor events (LPAC, Annual Investor Meetings, roadshows, live streams)
• Manage venues, travel, suppliers and technical logistics to ensure flawless delivery
• Liaise with partner assistants, deal teams and senior stakeholders across offices
• Maintain and update CRM systems and distribution lists
• Think several steps ahead and proactively secure practical details before they become issues
• Anticipate potential risks and ensure continuity in delivery
• Help uphold and continuously strengthen high operational standards within the IR function.

Who You Are

You are structured, confident and execution-driven. You combine strong coordination skills with sound judgment and the ability to operate independently in a high-expectation environment.

• Take ownership and drive tasks through to completion
• Are comfortable working directly with senior stakeholders
• Thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Have strong project coordination capabilities
• Are highly detail-oriented without losing perspective
• Handle feedback and pressure professionally
• Think ahead and act proactively
• Enjoy operational responsibility and structured execution

This role centers on operational excellence, coordination and delivery within the IR function.

Your Background

• 3–6 years of experience in executive support, operations coordination, IR support, event coordination or similar role
• Experience from private equity, professional services, financial services or a high-performance corporate environment is highly valued
• Proven experience managing complex scheduling and logistics independently
• Strong communication skills in English and Swedish
• Willingness and flexibility to travel occasionally
