The FwB-team has a great track-record of executing brand-strengthening strategies for high-profile brands as well as operational in-house experiences from well-renowned scale-ups. We are now looking for an Account Director to join us at the forefront of evolving the marketing landscape and driving transformation for global brands. 

The position will be based at the Stockholm office and report to the founder/CEO.

Role Overview:
As an Account Director at FwB, you will play a pivotal role in managing and cultivating client relationships. You will work closely with both clients and internal teams to align scope of work, translating creative briefs, negotiating agreements and closing the deals. This is an opportunity to lead groundbreaking work at a true disruptor in the creative agency landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

  • Proactively identify business opportunities with both existing and potential clients, driving agency growth and expanding revenue streams
  • Maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at key accounts, constantly looking for ways to promote FwB’s services, from marketing campaigns to full Agency of Record (AOR) contracts.

Team Leadership

  • Work closely together with the project teams to ensure strategic alignment in all deliverables, to deliver on client objectives.
  • You will inspire and mentor cross-functional team members, providing guidance to ensure high-quality work that aligns with client expectations.

Business Development

  • Identify opportunities for growth, helping clients adapt to market shifts by crafting new scope of works that are relevant and culturally resonant.

Financial Management

  • Oversee budget management, ensuring projects stay within scope regarding deliverables, timing and ROI for the client. 

With success in this role, there will be opportunities to step into a senior leadership position, taking on broader responsibilities, including overseeing the agency’s operations in new and emerging markets

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience, preferably in an agency environment, at least 3 years in a client-facing account role.
  • A balance of creative and analytical thinking, with the ability to sell bold, innovative ideas that drive results
  • Strong experience in developing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Excellent client management skills with proven ability to manage budgets and drive profitability for client accounts.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire creative teams while maintaining strategic focus.
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to cultivate relationships will be key for gaining trust and credibility with potential clients and industry stakeholders
