Group Financial Reporting & Consolidation Manager

We are seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented Group Financial Reporting & Consolidation Manager to join the rapidly expanding Oral Care group, owned by the Nordic private equity firm Axcel. With over 80 clinics in Sweden, Norway, and the Netherlands and plans for continued geographic expansion, this is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to building a leading dental care group in Northern Europe.

Through strategic acquisitions and a decentralized yet scalable approach, Oral Care is laying the groundwork for a cohesive and efficient group structure. We are looking for a talented individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is ready to grow alongside us.

This role reports directly to the Group CFO and is based at our headquarters in Johanneshov (Globen), Stockholm.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Lead the group consolidation process, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of financial reports, including preparation for an eventual IFRS reporting framework.

·      Prepare consolidated financial statements and support the annual audit process.

·      Ensure accurate accounting for PPA, goodwill, and IFRS adjustments

·      Manage intercompany transactions, unrealized FX differences, transfer pricing and group taxation matters in collaboration with external advisors (e.g. Big4)

·      Streamline local accounting to align with group-wide standards and reporting principles, in collaboration with the Head of Accounting.

·      Develop and implement group-wide sustainability reporting processes.

·      Support integration of acquired entities and drive automation and process improvements.

·      Oversee and enhance the consolidation system (Aaro) for scalability.

Qualifications:

·      At least 5 years of relevant experience in consolidation or group accounting, preferably within an international or fast-growing organization.

·      Audit background coupled with academic degree in Accounting, or similar field.

·      Strong knowledge of IFRS, K3, deferred tax and transfer pricing.

·      Experience with consolidation tools, coupled with advanced Excel skills.

·      Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

·      Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.

·      A proactive and adaptable mindset, thriving in a high-paced environment.

·      Experience from M&A transactions and post-acquisition integration is a plus.
