Supply Chain Specialist

We are looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to join our team in Stockholm full-time. This role is pivotal in ensuring efficient production flows, buying process, optimal stock levels, and driving operational excellence. As we are in a growth phase, it's crucial that you thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where teamwork and cross-collaboration are key.

Your Responsibilities:

Inventory and Procurement

• Full ownership in planning and executing purchase orders using analysis of sales and stock levels to determine order volumes.
• Optimize stock levels to prevent overstocking and understocking, ensuring efficient supply chain flow by leading and providing clear directives to the warehouse.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with the Assortment and Design team to align production volumes, timelines, and logistics
• Partner with CFO to track, analyze, and refine supply chain strategies in alignment with gross margin targets, ensuring financial performance remains on track.

Supplier and Logistics Management

• Build and maintain strong partnerships with factories and suppliers, ensuring quality and reliability.
• Oversee inbound logistics, including shipping schedules, customs documentation, and import/export compliance.

Process Optimization and Reporting

• Analyze and report on key metrics such as inventory turnover, lead times, and delivery accuracy to refine processes and improve efficiency.
• Develop and improve supply chain processes, manuals, and internal documentation to support operational excellence.

Cost and Timeline Efficiency

• Ensure production and procurement align with cost forecasts and timeline requirements, supporting seamless product launches.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to optimize cost efficiency without compromising quality.

Our humble expectations:

• +3 years of experience managing supply chain or buying operations.
• Retail experience is preferred, including inventory management, and logistics.
• Relevant academic degree, with strong analytical, administrative, and computer skills (Excel proficiency is essential).
• Highly organized, systematic, and proficient in multitasking, with a proactive, problem-solving approach and a strong sense of urgency.
• Comfortable handling high responsibility, meeting strict deadlines, and working directly with factories globally.
• Fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Experience in Business Central is crucial and Madden Analytics is a plus, as is the ability to create clothing tech packs and patterns.
• Passion for sports or golf is an advantage.
