Global Performance Director

CHIMI is actively seeking an experienced Global Performance Director to spearhead all our performance marketing efforts, ensuring we meet our revenue and profitability targets. You will devise our performance strategy and oversee activities and initiatives across all our paid platforms. Your role will encompass both strategic planning and operational execution across our existing and upcoming paid channels.

Your responsibilities will involve developing and implementing innovative top-funnel strategies to bolster brand awareness and drive customer acquisition. You will play a pivotal role in CHIMI's expansion, directing our performance strategy to penetrate established and emerging markets, with a strong focus on the US.

In this position, you will collaborate closely with our Digital Director and Brand Director, reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer. The role is based at CHIMI’s headquarters in central Stockholm, with a preference for in-office work to foster teamwork and a cohesive work culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of performance growth strategies, aiming to optimize paid channels for maximum revenue generation as well as profitable and scalable growth.
  • Oversee and strategically allocate budgets across campaigns and markets, continuously evaluating performance data to ensure optimal ROI.
  • Spearhead the analysis of KPI’s across all digital platforms, utilizing analytics to forecast trends, allocate resources, and drive profitable growth.
  • Develop and mentor a growth driven performance marketing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and data-informed decision-making.
  • Keep CHIMI at the forefront of performance marketing by continuously adapt to media trends, tools, and practices to capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Guide advanced A/B testing to refine target group analysis, ensuring data-driven decision-making for marketing efforts and enhanced user engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including e-commerce, brand, CRM and product, to ensure alignment of company-wide objectives.
  • Participate in marketplace partnerships and explore new market opportunities, with a particular emphasis on the US market, to broaden audience reach and access untapped customer segments.

Qualifications:

  • +5 years of experience in performance marketing, business and/or analytics with a proven track record of driving growth.
  • University degree in engineering, business or marketing, demonstrating a strong analytical foundation.
  • Deep understanding of e-commerce strategies and a strong capability to align them with D2C brand growth.
  • Expertise in data analysis with the ability to gather actionable insights to inform strategy, measure performance, and iterate with precision.
  • Results-driven approach, coupled with a sense of urgency and proactive work ethic, dedicated to executing tasks with efficiency and excellence.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Additional merit if you possess a proven track record of entering new markets, especially with proficiency in expanding business operations and growth in the US.
