Are you ready to launch your career at one of the leading financial advisory firms in the Nordic real estate market? Nordanö is looking for a driven Analyst to join our Stockholm office. This is a unique opportunity to collaborate closely with experienced professionals on complex and high-profile real estate transactions across the Nordic region. 

About the Role

You will be part of originating and executing some of the largest and most exciting real estate transactions in the Nordic market. You will support both capital markets and debt advisory mandates across various asset classes. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in the real estate and financial markets.

By being part of project teams of 2-4 colleagues at all levels, you will receive continuous training as well as frequent coaching. While based in Stockholm, there will be opportunities to collaborate with colleagues and clients across our offices in Copenhagen, Helsinki and Oslo.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality investment materials, including pitchbooks and information memoranda
• Conduct financial analysis and valuation of real estate assets, portfolios, and companies
• Develop and maintain financial models and support the structuring of transactions
• Coordinate due diligence processes
• Participate in client meetings and presentations together with senior team members
• Origination, market analysis, and the evaluation of potential buyers, sellers and targets
• Contribute to building and maintaining strong investor and client relationships

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Real Estate, or related fields
• Up to 2 years of work experience, ideally within real estate, corporate finance, investment banking or private equity
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Experience in financial modelling is a strong plus
• Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English
• Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and ability to independently manage multiple tasks
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative, high-paced environment
