Investor Relations Coordinator

Are you ready to take the next step in your career with one of Europe’s leading private equity firms? Nordic Capital is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Investor Relations Operations Coordinator to support its global IR team.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with top-tier investors, cross-functional teams, and senior stakeholders in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. You will play a key role in coordinating critical investor interactions, including due diligence meetings, investor events, and roadshows—ensuring everything runs smoothly from planning to execution. 

Role Overview

You will support the day-to-day execution of investor-related activities and events, working at the core of a fast-moving and globally active IR team. You will also contribute hands-on during live events—preparing venues, managing supplier contacts, and making sure every detail runs smoothly. The role requires strong organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and a high degree of flexibility and initiative. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with Deal lead Assistants to set the overall planning for DD dates, co-invest support etc
  • Assist in the planning and arrangement of key investor events; LPAC meetings, Annual Investor Meeting, live streams and other IR events
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate execution of events
  • Schedule meetings across multiple time zones amongst other event - ensuring efficiency and clarity for DD meeting and coordination of LPAC rehearsals 
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM system and distribution lists for LPAC etc
  • Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and improve workflow processes
  • Facilitate seamless investor experiences through meticulous planning, execution, and follow-up

Who You Are

You are a highly organized and collaborative professional with strong communication skills and a hands-on approach. You take pride in your work, have high integrity, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment where flexibility and initiative are key. 

Your Background

  • 4+ years of experience in executive support, project coordination, corporate communication, or a similar support role
  • Proven ability to manage complex schedules and stakeholder management
  • Strong attention to detail, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Swedish or other languages are a plus
  • Experience with investor events, high-level meetings, or working in a professional services firm is highly valuable
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel occasionally, including internationally
  • Ready to take full ownership and represent Nordic Capital with professionalism and confidence
