CHIMI is actively seeking a driven candidate with relevant experience to bring commercial and analytical support to the Wholesale team, with the purpose of driving channel growth and achieving revenue and profitability targets. Collaborating closely with our Wholesale Director, you will ensure our products are strategically positioned with key Wholesale partners at the correct time to drive our growth objectives. This includes forecasting sales, tracking stock levels, and monitoring product performance.

This is a new role, and you will be highly involved in shaping it. This will involve hands-on development and implementation of processes aimed at enhancing operational efficiency. As an integral part of CHIMI's global expansion, you'll work alongside our Wholesale Director, Wholesale Coordinator, and US Vice President, reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer.

The role is based at CHIMI’s headquarters in central Stockholm, with a preference for in-office work to foster teamwork and a cohesive work culture.


  • Collaborate with the Wholesale Director, providing guidance and actionable insights derived from data to drive Wholesale business growth.
  • Develop and monitor Sales Budgets, generating monthly sales reports for internal review and customer follow-up.
  • Sales planning and control efforts, ensuring optimal sell-through rates and devising strategies to mitigate obsolete stock.
  • Partner with the Wholesale team to make critical commercial decisions based on customer insights, market trends, and comprehensive analyses.
  • Contribute actively to shaping the commercial strategy, identifying key focus areas, and translating plans into actionable outcomes.
  • Continuously foster a more data and insights-driven business unit.


  • University degree in business & economics or retail management, showcasing a strong business acumen and analytical foundation.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience from management consulting, VC, or a fast-moving retail/consumer business.
  • Expertise in data analysis with the ability to extract actionable insights to drive strategic decisions, assess performance, and guide commercial initiatives.
  • Confidently navigate through extensive datasets while embracing analytical tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Additional merit if you have a proven track record of penetrating new markets, with expertise in expanding business operations and driving growth across Europe or the US.
