Fr\u00e5n tradition till tr\u00e4ffs\u00e4kerhet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Det personliga brevet har historiskt anv\u00e4nts f\u00f6r att visa engagemang, personlighet och motivation. Men i dag skrivs m\u00e5nga av dessa texter med hj\u00e4lp av spr\u00e5kmodeller snarare \u00e4n av kandidaterna sj\u00e4lva. Samtidigt \u00e4r det oklart hur mycket breven faktiskt s\u00e4ger om kandidatens kompetens och potential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Problemet \u00e4r inte bara att breven ofta \u00e4r oprecisa och fulla av klyschor. Det verkliga bekymret \u00e4r hur l\u00e4tt de spelar p\u00e5 v\u00e5ra f\u00f6rdomar. Kandidatens skrivstil, ordval eller referenser kan \u2013 medvetet eller omedvetet \u2013 p\u00e5verka rekryterarens uppfattning. Det g\u00f6r breven till en os\u00e4ker och subjektiv urvalsgrund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Det verkar fler ha insett, en unders\u00f6kning fr\u00e5n TNG visar att upp till <strong>20\u202f% av rekryterare inte ens l\u00e4ser personliga brev<\/strong>. V\u00e5r egen statistik p\u00e5 Fand visar att endast <strong>3 av 10 kandidater<\/strong> skickar med ett personligt brev. I vissa roller kan de ge en intressant inblick i drivkrafter eller kommunikationsstil. Men det f\u00e5r aldrig ers\u00e4tta en strukturerad, kompetensbaserad bed\u00f6mning.
