Group Business Controller

We are seeking a driven and analytical Group Business Controller to join the rapidly growing Oral Care, owned by the Nordic private equity firm Axcel.

With several acquired dental clinics each year you will play a key role in integrating and harmonizing the group to an efficient group structure, enhancing data accessibility, and enabling smarter business decision-making. You will also collaborate closely with CFO to refine budgeting, reporting, and follow-up processes across the organization.

Through a decentralized yet scalable approach, we are laying a solid foundation to become a leading dental care group in Northern Europe. We are now looking for skilled individuals who are ready to be challenged and grow together with Oral Care.

This role reports directly to the Group CFO and is based in Johanneshov/Globen, Stockholm.

Main responsibilities:

  • Lead and enhance budgeting, reporting, and forecasting processes at both regional and clinic levels to support overall group performance.
  • Prepare and present clear, impactful financial reports and analyses to leadership and stakeholders, driving actionable insights across the organization.
  • Utilize BI tools to enhance data analysis, reporting accuracy, and access to key performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, procurement, M&A) to support value-creating initiatives.
  • Proactively identify and implement process improvements within the finance function to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • +4 years of relevant experience, preferably in a fast-growing environment combined with an applicable degree in Finance (or equivalent field).
  • Background from Transaction Advisory, M&A and/or business controlling.
  • Strong proficiency in working with Excel and BI-tools.
  • Great communication skills, fluent in Swedish and English both spoken and written, with the ability to collaborate and present effectively to any stakeholder.
  • Recognized strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, and strong time management skills to prioritize workload.
  • Flexible character ready to develop and take on more responsibility as Oral Care grows
